GENERAL
What is the difference between pre-order items and instocks?
Pre-order: Full payments are required before I place an order. It will take around 2-3 weeks before I receive them.
Instocks: No waiting needed. Cash upon meet-up is allowed for local buyers.
How do I place an order?

How do I know if my items have arrived?
GE will send out a mass email to inform buyers if their orders have arrived. You can then proceed to opt for postage or meetup.
I'm not from Singapore, what's the order process like?
For overseas buyers, payment will be strictly through paypal. There will be a two-time payment. The first is for the price of goods in SGD plus an fixed amount of SGD 2 for paypal fees (this is a one time amount). The second payment is for the shipping fees from me to you, it will be the exact amount and I will not overcharge you.
Are your album sales contributed towards the Korean charts?
Yes, we order from a supplier who makes sure that it is contributed to the charts.
What if my items are paid for but there is no stock for it?
We will proceed to do a full refund of the amount.
PAYMENT METHODS
What are the mode of payments for GE? :
For Singapore buyers: POSB/DBS bank transfer, Meetup for cash
For Oversea buyers: Paypal
I do not have bank account. Can I pass you cash upon collection? :
Cash upon collection will only be allowed if you're purchasing instock items. If you're pre-ordering items, you can pass me the cash first before I place an order.
I do not have enough money. Can I place a deposit first?
Due to my bad experiences in the past, deposit will not be allowed. Full payments are required before I place an order.
SHIPPING
How long does it take for me to receive my items?
Items will arrive 2 weeks after I've place an order. I will inform buyers if there are any delays. All items are imported from South Korea unless otherwise stated.
For Singapore buyers: 2-3 weeks
For Overseas buyers: 2 weeks for items to reach me, 7-14 days from me to you, approximate waiting time is around 1 month for pre-order items.
I've opted for postage and my items are not here yet. What can I do?
Please note that I'm not responsible for lost mails. I will only send in a lost mail report to my local post office for lost mails. Registered mails service are strongly advised as customers would have to bear the risks of lost mails as it is impossible to track a lost mail via normal postage. Registered mail cost will be additional SGD 2.25
COLLECTION
Where are the meet-up venues?
The preferred meet-up venues will be Jurong East Interchange and Jurong Point (Boon Lay MRT). There will also be meetups in Town as well as at Yio Chu Kang MRT, however these are not frequent locations. If these venues are inconvenient for you, please proceed to opt for postage. Under certain circumstances (items are too heavy for me to bring out), I would need buyers to head to my house for collection.
